At Polygon, we comply with the applicable regulations in Canada (PIPEDA) and Europe (GDPR). We can host your data on secure servers located in the country of your choice to comply with your local regulations. Our platform also enables you to independently access the data collected and manage access levels for different collaborators.
For specific research projects, if you need to submit a Data Protection Impact Assessment, the Polygon team can assist you in applying to your country’s data protection agency for authorization and approval1.
